背景：
Actin is a crucial component of the cytoskeleton and plays a key role in various cellular processes, including cell migration, cell division, and regulation of gene expression. Two cytoplasmic actin isoforms, β-actin and γ-actin, are ubiquitously expressed. Each isoform is the product of a separate gene, with Actb and Actg1 encoding β-actin and γ-actin, respectively. The ubiquitously expressed β-actin and γ-actin isoforms play critical roles in most cellular processes, controlling cell structure and movement.
